Befriending Referrals

Referrals to our befriending scheme can be by individuals themselves or by a carer or careworker acting on their behalf by either :-

  • ringing us during office hours (9.30 - 4.00pm Monday to Friday) on 01743 368647
    or
  • downloading the attached application form and either posting or emailing it back to us
