Mindfulness for Wellbeing
Monday 9:50am – 11:20am.
A weekly course offered in conjunction with North Shropshire College, where people can learn the practice of Mindfulness and take part in guided meditations which can often air unhelpful thinking, anxiety and sleeplessness. The course runs on a ten week rolling programme. £1 donation welcome.
Every other Monday 12.00pm – 1.00pm

Shared Reading Group
1.30pm – 3.00pm
Please telephone us for dates for this group. This group is a place to relax, make new friends and share stories with others every week. You can just drop in, sit down and enjoy listening to a great story or poem.
Every Tuesday 10:45am – 12:45pm.
Unity is one of our longest standing groups and offers support for people with a diagnosis of bipolar or who are living with long term depression. This is a closed group and regular attendance is encouraged, so that people feel more able to confidently share their feelings.
Severnside Housing Drop-In
Every Tuesday 12.00pm – 1.00pm
We offer support and advice on a wide range of issues including:
- Help with paperwork;
- Housing advice;
- Basic debt advice;
- Form filling;
- Job clubs and volunteering;
- Community activities;
- Information and advice on other services.
Keep Fit With Paul
Every Tuesday 1.00pm – 1.30pm.
A moderate workout followed by a relaxation session.
Steps to Wellbeing
Every Tuesday 1:30pm – 3:00pm
Each week, this group will talk about topics we experience in life that are difficult and learn ways that we can support ourselves.
Mind at Ease
Every Tuesday 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
Mind at Ease, runs weekly and is led by Mark, who offers participants a wonderful opportunity to take part in mindfulness based stress reduction, non judgemental listening and tea.
Reconnect Wellbeing Programme
Every Wednesday 10:00am – 1:00pm
Twelve week well being course, focusing on a range of tools and techniques that will help you to live well with mental health. The course provides a strong local support network, within a safe and confidential environment. Sessions are informative and fun and as part of the course, we offer a range of interesting taster sessions, introduced by guest speakers, including:
- Seated yoga
- Music therapy
- Emotional Freedom Technique
- Art therapy
- Tai chi

Join us for a shared lunch and chat, lots of delicious food and bakery goods.
First Wednesday of every month 1.30pm – 3.00pm
Everyone is invited to come along and have fun and laughter with musical instruments.
Woman in Mind
Every Thursday 10:30am – 12:30pm
A varied programme which can include complimentary therapies, guest speakers, craft activities, talking, company and support. £1 donation welcome.
Every Thursday 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Warm and welcoming support group with lots of paints, pastels and pens, plus loads more. Why not have a go at being creative or pop in for company and a cuppa. £1 donation welcome.
On the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month 1.00pm – 2.30pm
A safe haven where people who hear, see or sense things that others don’t, can feel accepted, valued and understood.
On the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month. 1:30pm – 2:30pm
